Are pressostatic balloons with a floor area greater than 200 square meters, inside which sports activities (e.g., tennis courts, swimming pools, soccer fields, etc.) are included in item 65 of Annex I to Presidential Decree 151/2011 on fire prevention?

If a sports activity is carried out indoors, inside pressostatic structures, and there are no attached service areas, it is neither a “sports facility” nor a “sports complex” as defined by Ministerial Decree March 18, 1996, and therefore is not included, regardless of area, in item 65 of Annex I to Presidential Decree 151/2011). In cases where the public is expected to be present, the above activity will be subject to fire department inspections if the capacity is more than 100 people.
