Are tennis courts and enclosed swimming pools with temporary structures, such as pressure balloons, or mobile structures to be included in activity 65 of Presidential Decree 151?

Spaces exclusively dedicated to sports activities, as defined by the Ministerial Decree of March 18, 1996, even if they are indoors and have a gross floor area of more than 200 square meters, are exempt from the requirements established by the aforementioned Presidential Decree. Said activities will still have to comply, under their own responsibility, with the applicable fire prevention regulations.
